Poor UX and OTP Issues
I am unable to receive an OTP and the UX is poorly designed.

Worst service
Even after payment is done, no appointment is created. This happens everytime. Worst experience.
Doesn’t work and you get charged offline!
Was told to register on the app for free. Done and dusted. Doesn’t work when i reach the hospital and was informed to wait till the app comes up or pay 200 for offline registration! These people run it like a play zone assuming clients will wait whiling their time around PLAYING in a hospital. Don’t get duped into aggregating your data in the app!

Very convenient and easy to use can access reports easily and take appointments
Payment is deducted and appointment is not confirmed.
The app deducts the payment from the account but does not generate an appointment. CC Avenue is not able to generate a refund. Book at your own risk.
Very handy
Much like a pocket handbook.. could find most of what i wanted to find about the hospital here. Hospital Registration was easy and free! App hung once and I had to close and reopen to continue. Otherwise really useful
