Really easy to use!

App is essentially useless as you can’t create most projects in it. Not sure why they have it tbh

Avoid purchasing from this company. Their customer service is ineffective, often suggesting you recreate your project instead of providing real solutions. Although my initial purchases were trouble-free, I faced issues later on. When I reached out, they simply emailed me instructions on creating a project, ignoring that mine was already finished but had ordering problems. They admitted their app and website are flawed, unable to sync projects between platforms. They offered a promo code as compensation, but it only works for website purchases, requiring proof of my order before sending it. Overall, their customer service was unacceptable. I'll be redoing my project with a company that values their customers and manages projects effectively.

Really love this company’s products, but I’m extremely disappointed with the app. The fact that you can’t see projects created on desktop via the app and vice versa is a huge inconvenience. Like many people, my photos are almost exclusively on my phone. It’s frustrating that if I want to get photos from my phone directly into an artifact uprising product, I have to use the app’s clumsy interface and limited design options (no brightness adjustment on photos, no font and finish options as there are on the desktop site). This seems like pretty basic stuff and would make me way more likely to use their services for future projects. As it is, I’d recommend folks avoid the app and use whatever method you can to get your photos onto a desktop, so you can use their site.

I ordered a poster for my daughters funeral. I received a poster of a dog. I emailed, I tried everything to get someones attention. Website, Facebook, email. Nothing. No refund.

They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I did a few rush orders before Christmas (seriously the week of) GOT THEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! The quality is sooo amazing!! LOVE IT!

I like the product options, I feel like AU has nice designs. However, we ordered for our wedding a $400+ photo book and the binding came off. I just recently designed and bought a baby book for our son and it just doesn’t feel as quality as I hoped. It wasn’t cheap, so I am kind of dissapointed. :/

The app is not user friendly and it is very hard to make edits, add different photos mid project from my phone photos and to resize or crop photos in the app. For as nice as the products look the app is not helpful or as user friendly as many of their competitors.

The website is great but you can’t edit a project your app it redirects you to safari. Then why do I need the app?

Takes a long time to figure out how to find the gallery to add the photos. I love the finished products or else I wouldn’t bother.
