Needs work
This app needs a lot of work. Any sign in problems and you are in an endless loop with blank white screens.
Lost previous issues
I also lost previous purchases when I updated app. I’ve had many emails back and forth with the company with no resolution to this problem. They don’t seem able to help at all. I requested a refund for lost issues but didn’t get a reply.
Great Magazine for artists of all levels
I absolutely love this magazine. Given I'm located in the U.S, this is a great deal (subscribing digitally). I haven't found another magazine quite like it. Great artist interviews, tutorials, so much more. Highly recommended!
Wipes Out Previous Purchases
When you install this update it wipes out all of your previous purchases even if they were already downloaded. The Restore Purchases does not work. It does not recognize an existing subscription either. UPDATE Technical support responded to my email literally within minutes. They are very helpful and working to resolve the problem. The actual magazine is one of the best available for artists.
