I have ordered the products below from your app on November of 2023 and its July 10th and haven’t gotten an update or delivery from it since. Their unable to reach by email or anything and I’ve already paid the sum of ₹1547.00 Worst delivery experience ever.
Extremely bad customer services, you get no replies when asked for refund or your stuff even after months has passed since your stuff should’ve been delivered. Theyre a fraud and scam people all the time

I ordered “VINTAGE EMBROIDERED BUTTON DOWN VARSITY JACKET” and “SKELETON BREC” “RINGS” back in JUNE now it’s the end of September it’s been 3 months I even gave you a mail and DM you on Instagram and WhatsApp with the screenshot as proof for refund but none of the response came please refund my money the cost was 3967.20 please contact me ASAP I want my REFUND that is 3967.20 and please respond this time

This app is fake I have ordered a pair of jeans it’s been a month and it’s not delivered. And on the app it just shows unfulfilled. I even sent them a mail but have not received a reply. Lost my money I guess
It’s been a month since I’ve placed an order and its a prepaid order! Till today 6th feb I have NO CLUE ABOUT my order!!! They don’t respond to your dms on Instagram and even your emails. Me and some other girls are tired of trying to connect with their team but no response! Oh btw the “other girls” that I’ve mentioned I found them on Instagram on “artistspace’s” insta page funny isn’t!? They are also dealing with the same problem as me! They have made the payment but again no response from the team about order! If this continues we are all going to file a case against them in consumer forum! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY GUYS🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Don’t trust this platform. It’s a complete scam, alot of users placed order including but none of us has received our orders. I placed mine on 3rd September and still haven’t got it. Plus they don’t reply to your mails, DMs, help chat box, nothing. DON’T DOWNLOAD & DON’T BUY!!
When i click on the app, the app opens for two secs and then shuts down on its own!!!!
