Artium Academy - Learn Music

i was assigned a great teacher but he left and i was left with a few classes but it made absolutely no sense to start from the beginning with another teacher as it would've taken 4-5 classes for them to understand my progress. and even then i tried to schedule a class and they had assigned a teacher who was not available most of the times. i asked for a resolution and ofcourse it didn't work as they had already gotten the payment so it wasn't any if their concern.

Romi mam is really sweet and very nice teacher her patience and teaching patterns makes learning easy and fast. her tips are very helpful. she makes you so comfortable that you get motivated and wait for the next class 👍

It was great to join my first class.I really love it

learning at Artium helped my daughter to improve her singing and and understand the basics of music. Her teacher is nice and patient.

I requested a refund and my mother had told me to ask for the number on which the teams call, and their reply was that they couldn’t release such so-called ‘confidential information’ 🙄 The vocal warm ups are written in Hindi, and the workload is very high, especially for those kids who, like me, have lots of other classes. It took up too much time, and, as I mentioned earlier, I asked for a refund, which was AGAIN unsuccessful. The app is shown in a phone dimension, so I was unable to reschedule or cancel a session without the academy’s help. The 24 hour rule is very unfair and is only based on the teacher’s convenience. The Artium support team is also very slightly illiterate and gets confused often when I ask for clarification. All this makes it very difficult to get anything at all done on this app

Mr Jebin sir very cool and definitely the one with whom this instrument is needed to learn. It needs lot of patience and technique to teach the person like me because I have started from scratch. I thank Artium team for support all time.

His keen interest in helping me find the right notes truly made a difference in my learning journey. Music has always been a hidden passion of mine, and Artium provided the perfect platform for me to explore this interest from the comfort of my home. The flexibility and convenience offered by the online classes made it an enriching experience. I also want to extend my thanks to Monash for her exceptional support from the very beginning. Her proactive approach in helping me schedule classes and addressing any queries made my musical journey seamless and memorable. I am a retired investment banker having returned to India after 35 long years abroad. During my working life, I didn’t have enough time to pursue my passion for music and I decided to get back into it after retirement. Which other platform could do this for me, sitting in the comfort of my home, other than the Artium Academy? I joined the Academy to try them out. I was pleasantly surprised by the thorough professionalism shown by everyone in the Academy from the teachers to even the support staff! I was mighty impressed! At this stage, I would like to mention a special ‘Thank you’ to my teacher Dipti Mukherjee and the support staff Neha Sharma with whom I have interacted in case of technical problems. Dipti of course was a thorough professional who taught me the nuances of music which helped me immensely during my stage performances in my music club. At s point in time, it is worth mentioning that the Artium App and the site is not at all user friendly. But despite this, I have always been helped by Neha Sharma - the support staff who ensured that I was never in trouble!!! I have decided to try out semi classical singing face to face in my colony itself so have decided to move on. I would however definitely recommend the Artium Academy to aspiring singers ! Thank you so much for the wonderful job that you guys are doing. Keep up the good work!
