Часто приложение не работает. Служба поддержки не отвечает на жалобы уже месяц, хотя подписка оформлена(( Очень разочарована в сервисе.

Почему загруженные картины в очень плохом качестве? Картинка размытая в больших пикселях. Когда загрузила картины, они были в хорошем качестве, но спустя месяц, хотела ещё поработать с изображением, а оно все в квадратиках и размытое...

Great app, but after last update it shows blank screen when I press import art from my lib. Reinstalled, but the problem remains. IPAd pro, iOS 14

Measurement Issues
You have to give both height and width painting measurements when only one should suffice. Also, no indication whether we’re talking inches or centimeters, so you have to experiment to find out. ( Hint: the designers went with the units least used around the world. ) I wanted to subscribe, but I don’t want to deal with this issue over and over again. The frame choices are good.

The library is continually corrupted, whether it’s lost images or resolution varies with each use of the app.
