Very poor, app does not recognize B/T headphones, only worked when on location at cathedral. Cathedral has it’s own guide that worked very well

Don’t waste your time with this app. It doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones. There is no guidance from one place to another. More galling than this is that there was a free app in the Alcazar of Seville that worked much better than this.

This app was the worst part about visiting the Real Alcazar. The moment you navigate to anything else, you lost your purchase and have to buy it again. It feels like it’s structured to trick you into losing your place. And then when using it, it feels glitchy.

The Alacazar is beautiful but the app actively made the experience worse - couldn’t use with headphones, messed up when taking photos, didn’t work most of the time. I ended up sitting on a bench and reading the wikipedia page for free, which I would recommend much more over this scam.

You can use headphones with the app. You have to walk around and hold your cell phone to your ear which is super annoying when you want to use your phone to take photos.

App does not work. Total scam

Very frustrating. I wanted an audio guide at Alcazar. They took my 6 euros, then directed me to this deadbeat, inoperative site. Result::: no audioguide. I’m sure many others were roped into this scheme

This apps is terrible not worth buying it at all The Bluetooth does not work no matter what. Don’t use this app!

Audio only works on speakerphone and not headphones, so I can’t walk and listen
