Asana: Where work connects

Sections were showing complete and incomplete tasks for a while then stopped showing tasks in sections even after reinstalling app

Cancelling and deleting this app as I realised it’s been accessing all variety of personal info including searches history when you install it on your phone. No thanks! Goodbye.

I haven’t iPad Air 2 which for all intense and purposes is still an amazing iPad and there is nothing wrong with it. However Asana in their wisdom do not support devices are not on the very latest operating system. As a result by years of use of Asana on iPad can’t be used unless I buy a brand-new device. FYI Asana I will change my software before I app loyalty before my device. Shortsighted and idiotic please fix.

I can’t sign in because when it redirects me to the Asana website, it allows me to enter the email associated with my account, but never allows gives me an option to enter a password. It just prompts me sign up (which I can’t do as that email is already being used). For the record, I can sign in normally on desktop. Also, Asana is still missing basic automations that make no sense not being there. You shouldn’t have to spend money on plugins to have that functionality.

I had ended my Annual Subscription with them and as I didn’t use it let them know to cancel it. They charged me another year after making me put in my credit card details to change my plan. They STOLE money off me. Do not recommend as you can’t deal with unethical companies that trick you into doing something and then steal your money. Yes I’m very upset

Really dislike the most recent update. I dont need it to tell me what I am looking at on the app. Can use the tutorial if I need that. Its frustrating to have tasks remain open after I close the project that I am looking at . Even when I change screen. Why change what didnt need fixing. Dont do it. Will now be looking for a different app on my ipad.

Really useful software for managing my small team and our projects - but I have asked so many times for them to update the iOS widget so that it shows overdue tasks as well as tasks due today and they haven’t made this simple change. They don’t write back to feedback either. This is a serious problem that impacts my work on a daily basis and I’m switching to a competitor as a result.

I've been using this app for years and it used to be quite easy to drag and drop tasks, the last update has made it very difficult and they always drop into the wrong section. Also, when you drop a task into a section, it adds it to the top of the list instead of the bottom.

Use it everyday, very helpful for personal as well as for my micro business

Warning: This app employs questionable practices. You can sign up on mobile, but you cannot cancel your subscription via mobile. When I requested a refund from support, they failed to provide it.
