Nice unicorns, but they are a bit tangled
Very fun and helpful when you have a lot of tasks because it sends you reminders&updates and also you can organize and quantify all your projects. The tasks update instantly, as you write them.
It’s good to wake up every morning with a mail recap of the tasks in progress.
However, not ideal when you have too many tasks at once because the Board becomes congested, you don’t see all the tasks at once (I don’t understand why) and using subtasks is overkill because they stay semi-hidden in the task, sometimes they are quite hard to find and to see all the messages and links that one collaborator may add and you get lost inside the task.
Also, you don’t get a mail or notification every time the task is updated by one of the collaborators or you may get it one day after, quite late :(.
Stupid jokes and uninspired development
Improvements go slow, but they never forget to put crappy jokes in the What’s new section: “Nothing says "good job" like a yeti riding a unicorn” , “oh, the year-end rush is frightful”, etc. The later one gets repetead for 4-5 times at least, it looks like they are really scared because the end of the year :))

Nice app, easy to use.
