تطبيق فاشل حاولت تفعيل الحساب ولا استجابة من الموظفين لمدة يومين

Futile process

After more than 50 attempts I Could barely get it to accept docs copies and selfie, to be faced with the mean message of “cannot register user, visit a branch”. If this is how you create an account then how do I trust your banking services?!

App icon color is too dark

Hi and thank you for the upgrade The App icon color is too dark, almost Black and not matching other KFH logos, please correct it ASAP

التطبيق محتاج تطوير تعلمو من باقي البنوك ابسط شي رساله اي بان ماتقدر تستخرجها من تطبيق و بطيئ و يشير و حتى رقم اي بان ماتقدر تنسخه

صيانة البرنامج

البرنامج يحتاج صيانة بسطة او القصد تعديلات مثل التحقق بالبصمة او بصمة الوجه و وايد بطيئ وشكراً

Good Banking app

Overall well done app and easy to use. Only two things missing are fingerprint login and BenefitPay top up feature.

Please add fingerprint login. It’s tedious to write an email and password every time I try to sign in.

Doesn’t work

It doesn’t even work. It loads the logo and gets stuck there.

No longer working

After the update it does not get past the logo.
