Ascension can currently generate over 400+ unique gym sessions, meaning your workouts can be unique for over a whole year. In addition to that, Ascension has included cardio plans for you to burn fat and drastically improve your fitness.
In the gym, we believe abs are made in the kitchen, hence why we've also included a recipes section so you don't have to feel restricted with your food. We plan on adding more recipes with each update.
