تطبيق خدماته ناقصه وغير وافية الوضوح
التطبيق يحتاج اضافة العديد من الخدمات اولا خاصية اضافة رصيد عن طريق ابل باي لان خاصية التحويل جداً سيئة وبطيئة وتتأخر اعادة فتح خدمة خاصية خدمة سداد لانها اصبحت الان غير مفعله توضيح مبلغ الرسوم مع اجمالي عدد الاسهم قبل السداد بحيث يتسنى للشخص وضع الملبغ المطلوب
تطبيق ممتاز
التطبيق رائع وواضح جداً ، عملوا عدة تطويرات على البرنامج لكن لازال فيه بعض البطء وقت الدخول في الفرص الاستثمارية الجديدة واشوف مقبول بالوقت الحالي اتمنى يطورون هذي النقطة
مشكلة تسجيل
تم التسجيل لكن عند الدخول يقول مالك ملف لما اعيد التسجيل يقول البيانات موجوده! لما اطلب استعادة كلمة المرور يقول مالك ملف؟! طيب وش اسوي؟

التطبيق فكرته جميله و لكن خدمة العملاء سيئة جداً و غير واضحة … تواصلت معهم بخصوص اشوف صحة استثماراتي و لكن من غير جدوى … التطبيق يحتاج له تعديل بحيث ان الشحص ممكن يتأكد من استثماراته
