Useless app, every time payment debited but not appointment details or invoice received.

Needs bug fixing
Can’t login to new app Asian Connect 2
Have been trying for last 4 days to fix an appointment by logging on but after inputting mobile number and OTP, the new app says “NO RESPONSE FROM SERVER…PLEASE TEY AGAIN OR CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. How do I even contact Customer Support without the app opening without login which is a big issue. As per IT Department of Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, it is my Internet related issue which is not right because I have tried to log on from different networks but the same problem exists in all networks. Maybe the app has some bugs which need to be removed by IT department

Great version this time. Easy to access, user friendly to take online appointment and time saving and to get to know about doctor’s schedule by sitting at home in few minutes.
