I tried to check in multiple time. Doubled check the confirmation code and the date but continues to tell me that I have log in even though I’m already logged in.

I can’t even do a flight search. I only manage to fill the form and it freezes by the time I press the search button. What’s the point of the app if it can’t even do the most basic thing it should do?

Did anyone in Asiana checked this app’s usability? I never give negative comments at any particular app, but this is just frustrating, it actually deserves ZERO STAR. Issues: non-alphabetical selections, which is just stupid. Upon joining in, you are asked to input your given names. There is no space to input your middle name. So for example your name is John and your middle name is snow, it will appear as JOHNSNOW as your first name. So I just input my first name right? Because there is no slot to input your middle name. But when I booked my flight, it says I have to have a middle name! Of course I have a middle name!!! It’s just you guys did not provide a space for your client to put it!!!

tried to check in for my flight tomorrow and it's not working! didn't help at all.

The app is slow and takes long time to load. Quite disappointing.
