App does most of what it needs to do but is missing key features like a proper messaging system. My only real complaint is that when adding a comment to a photo, the screen doesn’t scroll with the keyboard so you can’t see what you’re typing until you actually send it. Frustrating. Yo, developers, put that screen in a ScrollView! It ain’t hard! 🤦‍♂️. Fix that and I’d bump it up a star, maybe two. What it does do great is photo quality; for some reason each daycare that used brightwheel the photo quality is terrible, but Asilo’s is top notch. Would love the ability to save photos of our kiddo rather than asking the teacher for a copy but that’s a minor complaint.

This app has a long way to go. A calendar/events feature that allows us to add events to our calendar from the app would be great. So many announcements come in through schoolbox or the very full feed which is impossible to keep organized. Missed so many of my children’s memorable events because this.

This app has evolved so much and is amazing for schools!!! As a parent, I love to see the daily reports, lesson plans from teachers, and pay tuition in one place!!

This app is less than user friendly, and it does not work half the time. It would be nice to be able to message the teacher or staff at the school through the app also as someone had said. Also, several documents that are only available in the lobby would be great to have under a files tab in the app for easy access. For example: Events, menu, uniform order forms, activity sign up for children and parents. I only have one other preschool app to compare it too and it doesn’t compare at all. 1/10 versus 9/10 at the other school. Prodigy should consider hiring better developers or using an app already in existence that has a better track record.

The layout is pretty good. It would be helpful to customize specific notifications within the app. There is also a delay at times. I wish there was a “contact office/teacher” messaging center but that’s not a necessity. There should be a way for us to save our child’s photo but instead I have to screenshot each time and crop which is time consuming and frustrating. I’m not sure if there is only a “wet diaper” or “bowel movement” option when notifying about diaper changes but there should be one that includes both.

Been forced to switch to this app from Procare. Now my phone never stops getting notifications from the app which aren’t related to my kid. The feed is always flooded with pics of some random classes and children which I am not ok as well.

One of the glitchiest and poorly built apps on my phone. A new update every day that you are forced to go to the App Store and download, just to go back to the newly updated app and it’s unable to load a single post.

For the last three days I haven’t been trying to receive updated information on my daughter in her prek-2 class and the app has been down. I tried to contact the company via their website (which also isn’t updating) and have yet to hear a response. I can understand a full day of services being out, but three full school days is unacceptable.

Won’t even let me create an account. It just continues to say unable to find an account with that email. Well maybe because I’m trying to create an account?

Very good application facilitates class work and the topics are super varied
