Worst app ever on App Store. They don’t even thing to improve this sluggish app. Not a single button works properly. No app on App Store is slow and laggy and with bugs except ask.fm. Apple should remove this app from App Store to maintain the image of iphones and to give lessons to the developers.
I have been using ask for last 7-9 years and have found Ask a really good app. But apparently for the last 6 months, it has started lagging alot. Questions are not opened, takes alot of time for answers to be posted. Overall pathetic.
I’m trying to recover my old account,i don’t remember my mail,it was login with my fb account but its not working now. All I remember is my username. Can u guys help with this??

I have been using this app since almost 2 years and i have never complained before but now I have changed mobile and got iPhone, every time I log in it says something went wrong plz do something and fix this problem thank you
Worst application it took a lot if time to open and loading
Overall the application does what it does and really like the UI/UX but the notification tab and the questions tab are not being properly refreshed. Although I’ve seen the question and the likes but still it pops up and takes a while to for them to be seen.
I have been using ask.fm app from 2015 and this is what i have seen and noticed. Overall a good social media platform but some new changes are very annoying and just plain dumb. Changes like: 1. You can’t zoom in on your own display pictures. And there can only be five. 2. You can’t even view your own cover photo let alone zoom in on it. 3. The coins feature is just dumb. 4. The likes and followers count in Ks and Ms doesn’t give any idea if its increasing or decreasing. The older ask apps showed complete numbers. 5. You cant upload a video more than 45 seconds. Why? 6. You still receive shoutouts after you turn them off. 7. The pictures you post in your answers are squares. Why cant we post pictures in other aspect ratios? These aren’t display pictures. 8. In the older app versions you could post a display picture with any aspect ratio and it somehow always knew where your face was and showed it in the little picture circle next to your answers. I loved this feature. Its gone now. 8. Answer threads are brought to the top and anyone can say anything anonymously in them. This shouldn’t be the case. There should be a feature to allow or disallow people other than person who asked the question. 9. There should also be a feature to turn off threads altogether. Not everyone wants comments on their answers. 10. The app gets slow over time even on the latest flagship iphones too. Being a software developer myself these things Things annoy me the most and need to be improved, changed or removed. Its funny how the older apps were much better and clutter free than the current ones. Please fix these issues. It would only bring value to your product.
Please enable the bottom where shout-outs can be turned off. It’s a headache
even if i uninstall ask app and reinstall it, the login info is still there. how do i remove it 😡 even after deactivating the account the name wont go away.
