It’s a bit like browsing the web with a dialup connection from the 90’s, while trying to download and view HD content. Rather frustrating to use.

Browse the widest selection of North East properties for sale, all in one place. The Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre (ASPC) website can now be viewed through this iPhone app. You can quickly navigate through thousands of properties, using the same familiar features as aspc.co.uk. You can search by location, address, postcode or reference number. At a single touch, for each property you can view the complete schedule, photos, pinpoint the location on a map and share the property with friends and family. With a myASPC account you can view home reports, save your favourite properties as you go and receive email updates letting you know about important changes such as a price change or closing date. Use the saved search feature to set up property email alerts, ensuring you’re first to know about properties matching your requirements as they come on the market.

Please just ditch this and switch to rightmove
This app is terrible, makes searching for property on a mobile device in the Aberdeenshire area an absolute chore, I hate that ASPC have monopolised the market, yet clearly can’t be bothered to update this app to come anywhere close to the functionality of the likes of rightmove. It actually puts me off wanting to search for properties in the area.
Needs fixed
Constantly crashes when searching. Always been a bad app.
Have to reload app frequently!
Shockingly bad app - keeps failing to load and have to reload it every few days - awful!!
Glitchy
Not suitable for displaying on iPad or iPhone. Sort it out, it’s 2024.

Buggy and limited functionality
This app showed so much promise but failed to function correctly on my iPhone 15. Buggy and poorly laid out it allows you to browse property but then starts moving menus to the middle of the screen and when it does work, allows you to open pages for the property but no way to get back. Limited search capabilities regarding property details so you can’t exclude areas.
Garbage app
Basically unusable app. If this was a website in 1998 it would be considered woeful. Can’t click on things, zooms don’t work, maps are un-usable. Can’t log into account (can’t select text boxes). It’s actually quite amazing how bad it is. A great wee example of how “Incompetence in King” has become the ethos of tech.
Dire
Horrendous app, don’t bother to even download. Doesn’t format anything properly, impossible to navigate.
Bugs, bugs, bugs
A frustrating application which has clearly not been tested by its developer. Easier just to use a browser to view ASPC.
