The user interface is not fit for purpose as it is not user friendly nor easy to navigate.

This system absolutely rubbish always off line what’s the point having cameras when you can’t view what’s happening

Ok, I want to be fair. I have been using this viewer for over a year for my system using 5 cameras. The hardware is fine but this viewer is not. I find it hard to believe that this developer sees this as a good. The functionality is basic with nothing really useful or imaginative and that is when it works. The recent software update (4/12/20) is a monumental disaster. It offers zero benefit to the user but I fact has become seriously unstable, unreliable and, in one case, has stooped working completely on one device ( selective obsolescence). My Recommendation: if you are able to use a different app you really should. My primary concern is actually about this developer whose attitude towards its customers is truly atrocious. I believe I have been fair and given Videcon every chance to address these issues. A great shame. Zero out of ten. Must try harder! Update November 22: This product was extraordinarily poor then. It is worse now. Perhaps the most extraordinary thing is that the product is still available. In truth, this really is a “ Non viewer”. Could it be any worse? If it can, these people will certainly manage it sooner or later. Watch this space ( but not on their Viewer).

Fails to connect. Never goes to live mode. Awful app.

What a a load of rubbish - my £160 system installed by myself works better then the £3500 system installed by adt. Connection failed is all we ever see. My staff must be loving every moment,

I had 4 aspect cameras installed 13/5/21. 1 lasted a day 1lasted a week and 1 lasted a month. All unable to see at night no infer red all cameras changed one of the new ones lasted 4 hours. Now the viewer hasn’t worked for 3 days.

Absolute rubbish. I’m throwing away the aspect kit and buying stuff from Ring. Complete waste of money.

Worked for about a month and now it’s just connect fail every time. No sign of it being fixed

Another product completely mis-sold. Utter garbage, app wont even open
