Welcome to the hub for all things Aspen Snowmass, both on and off our four mountains. We’ve created this app to make your experience more seamless and more personal. Add additional days to your lift ticket, purchase lessons and rentals, get updates on parking and base lift wait times, and access in-App rewards and Passholder Benefits so you can spend less time in line and more time on the snow.
From interactive trail maps to personalized stats, mountain conditions to in-person events—our app has got your back.

Following your purchases, the Aspen Snowmass app will provide you with QR codes that you can use to pick up lift tickets and season passes at the pickup boxes at the base of our mountains, check in at Ski and Snowboard School, or scan at Four Mountain Sports locations to pick up rental gear.

This app seems to about 5 years old. And the tracking feature is worse than ever. I hope they pick up their game.

App doesn’t work well on Android phone and it’s a bit clonky

Continually logging in

What’s the most sensitive info I have on here? My phone number?! Why doesn’t it keep me logged in on my phone? Why do I have to keep logging in? If I don’t track anything (bowl hikes, elevation gain etc) why do I need to log in at all?! I just want to see how much snow fell and which runs are open.

Auto-track!

Would love it if I didn’t have to turn on tracking everyday I ski. Some days when I turn it on, it doesn’t track.

Grooming report takes forever to cover

Please change to a map so one can see the entire mountains grooming at once.

A joke of an App

App doesn’t track correctly. Missing bowl laps. This technology doesn't live up to the obscene amount you charge for the annual pass.

Garbage

It keeps signing me out every time I click shop and then cant buy anything because Im signed out…

Not showing days skied, not tracking all runs, no way to track friends

This app is buggy, it does not show days skied on the mountain - even if it shows miles skied. Additionally, it lacks the functionality that Jackson and Copper Mountains app has allowing you to track friends in real-time on the hill.

Blue sky, white snow

Skiing is blue- sky wonderful, with corduroy snow early in the morning. I’m smiling and taking big breaths of fresh mountain air. I just found my edges! Learn how to ski and you’ll have 100% more fun.

Bad update

The last update has bricked the app upgrade with caution
