The developers of this app have no idea what they’re doing. For so many months now, no matter what I do in the app, it always manages to get trapped in an infinite loading screen on my iPhone 15 and can’t be fixed in any way at all. It’s so frustrating to try to get anything done, if at all with this software. I always have to ask a coworker to do the forms for me. Hurry up and fix it already.

The new update has lost the ability to see team and assists.

Unable to view team and assets with most recent update just gives off a blank page.

Would like to see the 5 digit number ( Job Number to be changed to the Assignar ID

Absolutely frustrating and rubbish add.Crashes to often, doesn’t open when you want it to , have to keep deleting and reinstalling.Hopefully the company will start using a new app soon.

I hate change but willing to try something if it makes my job easier and communication better. Any dramas there is someone to help. Not just a number

You have to understand that why you can not login is got nothing to do with the app. It is your client is the one how remove you access to this app at any time remember best to contact your client and ask them why you can not login. It the best app for anyone where you can be in workplace with GPS location and will let you check in when you start to work and checkout when you finish your work. Also you can in your profile put days you are available to work and days in advance that you not going to work for Holiday or any other reason. Forms is other feature to let to see how is working with you. It has also all other information so you can work safely. It has so many things that you can submit when client request you to fill other forms that require using this app or you can submit to your client any changes that require attention and approval if you think it is not safe to work. Remember each time new update for this app come for iPhone: best to delete the app and reinstall the app. 10/10

Worst app ever to use, always updating, always problems with every update

When you try to get a docket signed, the grey box scrolls with you, the persons signature ends up being dots.. screen won’t pause to allow for a signature??

When is this app going to have notifications alerts etc the sooner it does I guarantee this will make it much more popular to everybody who uses it Example if your checked into a job it would be good if the time you have accrued on that job etc came up on your lock screen as a reminder or what ever it may be , this would make the app 100% more what people are looking for?????
