Horrible experience
Muy suitcase arrived in completely destruction without some things of value and they didn’t solve my problem! Mi valija llegó destruida y sin cosas de valor en su interior pero ellos ni se molestaron en resolver mi problema!
App Not Well Designed
The app is very poorly designed. When attempting to enter a country, it automatically choose Afghanistan and does not give you a list to choose from or the ability to type in a country. When attempting to change the phone number, it automatically chooses the country code +93, again you cannot choose or type. I assume Afghanistan and +93 are the first options on a list but because of a bug or just poor design, it is the only choice available to users. Please fix these issues, try to login yourselves and see where the difficulties lie.
