Nice to see the updates and way I can review my account balances

Could be way better.

After repeated attempts to load the mobile app I was instructed to delete and re-download again. Same result. 9 out of 10 attempts to open the app fail. Security notifications lock the app requiring a call to support. The result is as was described above. Unacceptable. Frustrating. Ridiculous. Get a new dev team member or go to an expert for resolution.

Hopefully my funds are more secure and stable then this app lol

This app actually allows me to login maybe once a week, even when I try daily. At least it’s only regarding something unimportant like my retirement savings.

Loads fine the first time, but does not open after that.

I think the developers have given up on this app. I noticed there was an update about a month ago for “Minor bug fixes.” For the last six months or so, however, it won’t load; a major bug. Once credentials are entered, “Loading Data” appears and the spinning circle of doom shows up and doesn’t go away. It used to work nicely but, alas, is now hopelessly useless.

Terrible app! It doesn’t even load!

This app works maybe once out of every 10 times I try to log on. I either get an error message or it just is stuck endlessly loading.
