Can’t use chat feature app is useless

The chat functionality of this app has always been sub-par. Often, individual chat windows do not load chat history without hard resetting the app. Sometimes messages look like they send multiple times. Notifications for new messages have completely stopped. If multiple chats are ongoing, you have one open, and a separate chat is closed, a message at the bottom of the open window will say that the chat is closed and the keyboard and message field will disappear. This forces you to go back to the chat selection page and back into the chat in order that you can finish the message you were typing out. Sometimes sending a chat results in the message field clearing without sending the message and in order to have the message send, the app has to be hard reset or you have to back out into the chat selection window and back into the chat with the tech. All of this makes it a very unreliable feature to communicate with the tech.

With this last update I cannot communicate at all with the technicians, they are able to ask me questions but I have no way to reply or let them know that chat is not working. At this point the app is pointless

Please fix app where you don’t have to enter email and password to log in each day. Used to auto log in and at some point now requires this each day and gets frustrating to take even more time now to get these scans done. Aside from this the current app is far better and quicker than the previous
