About disconnecting issue and getting out of the game
There are lot of times we are being out of the game specially during cross server battles. Can you please fix that. It’s irritating

There's no point in topping up because they'll just merge you with another server that's two months ahead. Even F2P players will dominate you due to the two-month server age gap. It's all about spending events, and once you reach the top, you'll be cross-server matched with much stronger, older servers.
Do not play this game.
The developer put artificial intelligence player so that the players can top up more and make it to top 1 in event ranking. This game is sucking all your money and not friendly anymore. I can provide screenshots in game and screenshots of developer who answer me in messenger.
SCAMMER
I purchased an event but didn’t receive the items. Worst they charged me for it. I have been reporting this matter to their page, they give a simple answer to check and compensate me but 3 days have passed and still nothing happened. They fixed other issues but not answering my messages regarding my concern. Tried to request a refund but didn’t let me. What a scam.
