Suddenly the contents become Blank
Article Reading Disrupted by Blank Page Bug
Hi team, I’ve encountered an issue with the app where it frequently turns into a blank white page while I’m scrolling through articles. This has happened multiple times, forcing me to go back and reopen the same article to continue reading. Because of this, it’s taking me quite a while to finish reading just one article, which is really really frustrating! I’m unsure if your team is aware of this issue, but I noticed that users have been reporting similar problems in the reviews since early December 2024. Have you tested the app yourselves? Here are some details: I’m using the app latest version 5.10.0 and iOS version 18.1.1. Thanks, hope the issue can be resolved as soon as possible
White screen while reading the news
Many ads pop up. Worst, since dec 2024 the news turned into white sreen after a few second reading it. Had to close the news and re-open, but still the same thing happen. Not reliable and annoying
