Probleme bei Einzahlungen
Einzahlungen funktionieren entweder gar nicht oder dauern sehr lange. Meine Echtzeit-Bankübeweisung wurde erst eine Woche nach Erhalt gutgeschrieben.
Fraud
Astropay is a fraudulent company. They are lying about the cash, that never has been sent and ripp of you money + your time. Visa secure has been informed, German authorities will be informed also
Cheaters
I sent money from my bank acc and i got 0 balance on the app …. they dont reply your emails . Please safe your money and dont use this app at all …
No star, no way , try something else…
Some times it works and when it works is really good. But when you have a problem with a deposit then is a horror. I never saw so bad customer service I’m still waiting since 5 days my money which I deposit from my bank account Schicht they already took but they do not deposit on my AstroPay account.I wrote many emails which are supposed to write me back between 24-48 hours and nobody wrote. Support is always offline. I’m still waiting my money. Seriously the customer service is the biggest problem .

Desappointing…
I deposited money for testing purposes. Nevertheless, nothing can be paid with Visa and nothing can be transferred back… Scam???
Card not issued
Money was debited on my account but no cards are issuing by astropay cheating app not support from maintenance worst appppp i ever seen
Katastrophe
Geld eingezahlt; Karte nicht bekommen. Angeblich kam Geld nie an wurde aber von meiner Bank gebucht. Renne seit einer Woche meinem Geld hinterher. Support auch nur auf Englisch
