Description

This app enables you to easily calculate the total cost of a dish you are preparing. You can also save your recipe costings to your device and edit them at a later stage.
You simply give your recipe a name and then add an ingredient along with the amount purchased and the price. Enter the amount you will actually use in the recipe, and the app then calculates the cost of that ingredient. There is even a handy 'small quantities' button to add prices for ingredients like a 'pinch of salt' or a 'bay leaf'. When you are done, the total cost of the recipe is displayed.
Your costings for each recipe can be accessed from the app's main menu.
This app complements the @Home Junior Cycle Home Economics textbook package.
