The app is useless.

Data balance does not update/sync unless u click to view the actual balance

Very bad I can’t chat with a customer care in the app

App is not functional anymore

This app needs a lot of work such a waste it never works, unauthorized all the time I think switching to Airteltigo was a bad idea everything about the network please switch to 4G already your internet is so slow

At first it was working and all of a sudden it stopped working. I have Uninstalled the app reinstalled it but still error in connection.

The app keeps telling me I’m unauthorized. What have I done that I’m not authorized to use the app yet it keeps redirecting me to the app store smh!!

Trying to access my account and it says ‘not authorized’…

Another foolish app Keeps requesting to link number over and over again😒😒😒

This app keep forgetting my number and I have to keep linking my number to see my info ( minutes balance etc). When I try there’s always an error as it cannot fetch my number. I’m tired of this. I have deleted the app to start over because it gets stuck and will not go back to the Home Screen after several attempts. 5 times in less than two months.
