Very disappointed had the app for 10 days only working properly for 3 days - keeps asking to refresh but comes back to refresh screen ever time - took ages to connect initially but nothing but connectivity problems since - tec support useless - have have new control unit fitted same problem !!
Having used this app for a couple of years I would like to see a boost button to put the heating on for an extra hour or two on demand This would be a great addition. Many thanks
I use to have an ideal boiler with the halo in my previous house, now moved home with an ATAG boiler. I find the ATAG smart thermostat and interface not as seemless to use as the ideal halo. And the app just seems slow and. Or as flowing as it could be. I have tried to add my wife to the app / account as a guest but it keeps coming up as an error and not adding her. Not sure if this is anything to do with the recent update or not.
Fails to synchronise more times than not, subsequently impossible to adjust ch temperature. What’s the point of it exactly?
Connection has become increasingly glitchy in recent months and has now stopped working. Tried on three devices and two different operating systems. It’s hard to control the boiler without the app so very frustrated. Please fix it ASAP!
The selling point from our installer was the WiFi control. For the last 3 days we have had none. I have reloaded the app more times than I care to think about and re configured the thermostat unit several times. My advice is to get a boiler that works with nest or hive at least they work.
The App was working just fine, but I’ve now lost the room temperature indicator. Just shows a radiator in its place. No idea was happened and can’t seem to find help anywhere.
Does is have to be ‘involved’ it’s just a bloody room stat. My customer is threatening to just demand it’s just changed to a Honeywell room stat!!
Love the boiler however the app is very poor, it’s ok when it connects but hardly ever does. Have tried to sort the problem apparently it’s because of Apple updates. Come on ATAG sort it out, I have numerous things with apps with no problems at all
It is a good app when it chooses to work. It seems to struggle to connect to the boiler a lot. We have no issues with internet connection. We previously had hive before getting a new boiler put in. I’d put the hive technology back in in a heart beat, much more reliable
