videos are so helpful!
I love how the correct form is all included for each exercise, both visually and in the descriptions…so you know not just what to do but how to do it. It’s like I have a personal trainer right there with me at the gym!

This app is great! I’m someone who never regularly exercised because I lacked motivation and direction as to the best practices of fitness. This app not only provides me with great tips, but also motivation and a community of others who are also working toward similar goals. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking to get healthy or improve their workout experience.
Very impressed with the app. I have been following Alyssa on TikTok was looking forward to her dropping this program was very impressed. No glitches very clean and sleek. Excited to lose some weight and be healthy. Thank you.
The design is very beautiful and easy to navigate through the different programs/sessions. I especially appreciate the short and digestible videos- makes them easy to follow and they definitely help me feel more confident at the gym! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy to follow guide to working out!
With so many apps out there, it’s hard to find one that will actually be helpful. This one really is a personal trainer in your pocket!!! And so easy to navigate too!!!
I just started using this app at the gym and it’s like I have my best friend who’s a PT in my back pocket helping me reach my goals. I don’t have to think about what to do next or try and figure out what exercises work what muscle. 10 out 10 recommend
