Athena Delegation helps you delegate 10x more by sending your Executive Assistant instant voice notes.
When delegating by voice, you are able to get information to your Executive Assistant faster, anytime, and at any place. Delegating by voice is 4x faster than delegating via email/message. Our app allows you to delegate easily at the gym, when you’re jumping between meetings, or maybe even outside walking your dog.
Use Athena Delegation to:
• Auto-record. After setting up the app, it will instantly record audio every time you open it. Just talk and hit send.
• Auto-close. After you send a memo, the app will automatically close so you can get back to work. Unlike most apps which want you to spend *more* time in the app, our goal is instead to help you delegate faster, *saving* you time.
• Integrate with Slack, Email or Asana. You can choose to send your voice notes to your EA via email, Slack, Asana or any combination of channels.
• Instant transcription. After the app closes, your voice note will be instantly transcribed and both the voice memo and transcribed text is sent to your EA.
• Offline send. The app works when you are offline, so if you send voice notes away from wifi or cell, the voice notes will send when you are back online and open the app.
• Chat with your Executive Assistant. Check in with your EA in the same place you send delegations. Send text, pictures or videos and know whether your message has been sent, delivered, and/or read.

Beautiful design, easiest and most reliable voice delegation
Surprisingly there's not a lot of great apps to do voice delegation. Making a voice memo and sending it via email / todo list takes 5-10 taps — any you'll never do it. Athena's app is really well designed and makes it incredibly easy to send a voice memo quickly. Having it on my Mac is a game changer — I leave it open and as I think of things throughout the day, it's just a tap away. Built-in integrations with Slack and email mean I can send the voice memos to the right channel so I can explain any additional things or collaborate easily. Really well done!
Pointless
Want to delegate by voice? Send audio clips via fb messenger, iMessages, etc. Oh but it integrates with Asana! (Sarcasm) Better to have your assistant create their own task list.
I’m delegating 10x more
I now use this app for al my voice delegations to my EA. It takes practice to delegate by voice but I’m now delegating WAY more. I use the delegation metrics dashboard to track my progress every week.
Essential to my EA workflow
Pro-tip: link your Asana account and you can automatically create tickets, assigned to your EA, with voice notes and transcriptions added!
This is the next big thing!
This app looks promising and for sure it’ll become a hit soon! Interface is great and so easy to use. Delegation gaming levels up!
