В приложении отсутствует адрес электронной почты для обратной связи, и нет видимой поддержки. Попытки написать в телеграм-канал привели к тому, что мои запросы были удалены чат-ботом, что оставляет ощущение полного игнорирования. Из-за отсутствия технической поддержки и возможности сообщить о проблемах, мне сложно рекомендовать это приложение другим. Похоже на то, что здесь нет заинтересованности в обратной связи или улучшении сервиса, что вызывает сомнения в надежности приложения. Подумайте хорошо, прежде чем использовать его. Нервишек не хватает - невозможно за 2 месяца пройти KYC, выдаёт ошибку, либо на техобслуживании. Тормозит приложение и не начисляет балы для достижения нового уровня. Купить VIP на сайте тоже не удаётся, постоянно просит переключить сеть, которая и так уже переключена. С iPhone оплата не работает. Что делать?
