Just when you require it , the app will be bugged and you won’t be able to login

I cannot even raise a complaint on the app, The person in the Ather service centre (Mukundnagar) said the charger is privately owned and I cannot charge My Hero Vida there please look into it I had to push my Vehicle for 2Kms just because they wont let me charge it there. If it is privately owned why does it show up on the App?

I use this in my apartment and honestly don't know why such a service needs to exist. Multiple times the app cops out. Currently I'm unable to stop charging but have already plugged out. Apps like this penetrating into apartments will only make ev adoption difficult thanks to their terrible service. Honest request to sell your scooters and public charging but please stop this torture in apartments

AtherGrid is the best app there is in India for EV charging. The UI and UX is really intuitive and you can literally glide through the app in a breeze. Find a charging point and navigate to it. Keep up the great work guys!

I am using this app for pretty sometime and have suggested others also. But from recent past I’m unable to access, search location screen refreshes to get out of the app. Unable to use this when I needed atmost.

Minor fix is crashing in my phone. Please don’t upgrade now.

Very clean and simple Interface to use , Show’s exactly where I am and the nearest charging point. And it works for all EV users
