Very useful
Athlex is my partner in my fitness journey. I use it for my testing myself every month for my basic fitness parameters, use it for my posture correction during exercise, monitoring my progress and using its exercise library for improving. It’s very easy to use and I can do it myself simply by using my smartphone.

Utility app for remote fitness testing
I don’t have to depend on video calls to assess my athletes. It’s easier with this App and valid and reliable too. I’d recommend it to all of the trainers as well as SnC coaches to go ahead and give this a try.
