Horrible customer service - no response to my messages after 6 reminders!
The developers didn’t even bother programming an automated response on first contact. If the future of medicine is anything like this App I’m worried we will be lining up at hospitals for a long time. Do not recommend downloading it.
I’m feeling awful and need a doc after downloading the app I tried to contact them . What’s app is Not working , number Not working , I couldn’t even sign in . Don’t waist your time specially if you feel sick .
It’s no good. Nothing works. Look for another app if you have an emergency.
It’s lame app, i can only sign up, but I couldn’t sign in now for 2 months. Next time when you launch an app make sure it works right especially that you took picture of our ID’s
