I have been using Atlantic for money transfer from Ireland to Canada. At first I was skeptical and trialed my first order with 100 euros to make sure all the saved banking details were correct. Generally a 3-5 day wait was appropriate depend on if you sent it at the beginning or end of the week. It was easy to prepare and validate my income to be allowed for larger limit transfers. As I was with AIB, I either could send a max of 10K increments at no charge from AIB and a one 3 euro charge through atlantic or to do a money order with a large sum (max 80k). AIB money order was about 25 or 35 euros, and had to be done in bank and there was no guarantee money would be send that day. I opted to move 10k increments daily with only the 3 euro charge. Thankfully the exchange rates on the subsequent days were all in my favour. Money went to my bank accounts direct into Canada, no other fees involved and definitely recommend them as they had at the time of me writing this the best rates and costs for moving larger sums of cash.

Was able to move the proceeds of a house sale transatlantic in days. Compliance process was easy and fast. App is well designed with clear instructions. Saved $4k vs. the quoted rates from my bank and the money arrived in Canada ahead of schedule. Will continue to use the service in future. Great work!

Great app

I transferred £750 uk pounds to an Australian Aus$ account. The transfer took only 2 days and the tracking facility kept me up to date on the status of the transfer. I can’t understand why anyone would pay rip off prices the banks and other money transfer companies charge. Atlantic only charged a small fee and no percentage of the transaction. A 5 star service at a very fair price.
