Atlantic Union Bank

For some reason my Atlantic union credit card doesn’t appear in the app and I’m not seeing any way to manage our CD.

Without it I can’t manage my money! UPDATE THE APP WIDGET!!!!!!

Terrific service. Only wish that a high % savings account or CD was available. THX.

Lately the app is down more than it works

I’m not sure if it’s just because of the recent acquisition/merger with the other bank, but as of recent months, the app is down more than it’s up it seems. While a slight exaggeration, it’s quite annoying to go log in and find it’s not accessible. A bank of this size has the capability to have a functional and working application for customers to use to manage and oversee their funds. They should invest money in a new developer if this is only going to be the best they can ever do.

The app has stopped working since the update to iOS 16. Not able to make check deposits. Loved the app before this happened. Please fix

When it works the app does what I need it to. But after uninstalling and reinstalling etc. I continue to get “application error” we cannot display the info at this time. Try again later. What’s the point of a mobile banking app if I can’t even use it in my mobile phone.
