Buggy unusable app
After using this app even further, I have to say this is the worst app I’ve ever used. Scheduling anything is a nightmare. Want to reschedule an appointment? Forget about it. Customer service is difficult to get to and they’re super rude and condescending when they do respond. I just got charged $78 for no reason despite having cancelled everything on the app. They only have an email you can reach out to, which makes getting things like this even more annoying to resolve. STAY AWAY
