To be sincere this app is very much insane. I had been trying to sent money to someone ever since and it always says “SUSPECTED FRAUD “ then doesn’t go through. The worst was when I contacted the support centre and they told me to try again later and still date nothing was been done. From my honest option I prefer DO NOT! I mean don’t even think of downloading this app because it’s a waste of time and data.
1. Your charges for Ghana Cedis is too high 2. You need to integrate automatic mobile money payments system for Ghanaians, it’s more convenient and efficient. 3. Your customer service team has to be proactive
This app is false. They are there to scam people. I transferred money and they never sent it. I sent them email, WhatsApp message to their help numbers yet no response. Beware and don't use this.

To be honest, my experience with ATL money was awesome and I can’t hesitate to invite people to use their service, but there is also need for them to improve customer support and transaction processing time takes longer than expected some times
This app are scammers. I made a transaction to Cameroon for over a week now. I was debited the sum of N625,000, but it has not reached the destination nor has it been reversed back to my account. I called and chatted customer care but there seems no any response. They ended up blocking me on all their accounts platforms. Kindly avoid this app. They are scammers. They scam morethan 30 of us recently that way.
