So simple and so powerful
Recovering from burnout I had tremendous problem with finding my relaxing moments- regular meditation was frustrating (talking heads!!), some other apps were either too expensive or had very standard and boring sets of music…
This one is just amazing- because you can combine different sounds, every time you can create your own soundtrack that is taking you back to some lovely memory (morning on the farm, picknick in the park) or your dream land to help you relax and find your inner piece. And it is all for free…

Tinnitus & sleep😴👌
This app actually helps me sleep! I have severe tinnitus and when I wanr to go to sleep, surroundings are quiet so the tone in my head turns up the volume (well that's how it feels anyway).
With this app on, using the timer, I can relax and divert my attention away from my tinnitus. And get some sleep.
