Controller was helpf.&cl, as usl ! This driver I'd only just met 4 1st time ever, but'd fantastic experience with, there4 I ended up returning his kindn., by advising him on some health issues he's'ving I'm struggling with, mys. Then we wished each oth.reatf.sleep&said our farewells . A To B alrdy's a driver who's amazing, as much as that we gradlly bn becoming m8s, to the extent that I'll alw.ring him 1st&only contact A To B, if he isn't avlable fast enuf So Well dun, A To B !?!

When try to pre book it says no available drivers please per book 😃

Don’t see the point In the app. No drivers available regardless of booking time and pre bookings never work. Other companies are more reliable

Since the update I am unable to save the date and time to pre-book a taxi.

Very easy to spark convocations with most of your driver's. Always leave a tip weather it's 50p or £2. It all depends really. When I have my dog with me your guy's are very accommodating. 👍🏽👏🏽

The recent updates have removed the option to pay by card. All my saved cards no longer appear and new cards cannot be added. Other providers offer credit card bookings so I’ll be using them until A2B start to offer card bookings via the App.

App needs DESPERATE updates to location details. My address doesn’t exist among many other MAJOR SHOPS AND PUBS. Having spoken to several drivers I am not the only customer with this issue. Drivers have to call the customer to find out exactly where they are picking up from.

Would give 5 stars but since the upgrade I’m not able to book a cab in advance.
