TRAVEL anywhere in Normandy and present your m-ticket directly to the ticket controller on board.
SUBSCRIBE to a travel pass without having to go to the ticket office.

J’ai eu un problème avec un abonnement j’ai contacté j’ai eu une réponse dans lheur est toute a étais réglé dans la journée par une équipe formidable
Excellent service
Facile d’utilisation et SAV très réactif : un bug dans mon carnet a été résolu très rapidement grâce à la disponibilité de l’équipe.

Très déçu, après la dernière mise à jour l’application reste bloquée sur la page d’accueil et j’ai apparemment perdu mes titres de transport. L’assistance contactée paraît malheureusement impuissante pour la résolution de mon problème.
Inutilisable pour les non-voyants
Bonjour bien voilà, tout est dans le titre. Impossible d’utiliser quoi que ce soit avec la revue d’écran VoiceOver. Lorsque l’on fait un Pitch à droite notre revue d’écran VoiceOver nous indique image, image, bouton, bouton, bouton… gros manquement à l’accessibilité dans le développement de cette application ce n’est pas normal pour un service public ! je la conserve dans le dossier voyage en attendant une future mise à jour j’espère…… merci de corriger aussi pour les handicapés visuels

J’avais acheté 10 tickets et au bout du 5ème ticket l’appli ma déconnecté à mon compte et j’ai jamais réussis à me reconnecter alors que c’était le bon mots de passe et là bonne adresse mail ! J’ai quand même fait mot de passe oublié et mis mon adresse mail et J’AI JAMAIS REÇU DE MAIL que se soit dans les spams, les mails principaux,… GROSSE ARNAQUE tout sa pour acheter des tickets et tu en perd la moitié et tu dois en racheter après !

Je l’utilisais très souvent, et voila 2 fois que je tente d’acheter mon ticket, je le confirme avec ma banque et ça charge sans fonctionner !!!!

Génialissime pour voyager avec ticket numérique
Bon.... rares sont les applications aussi pratiques que celles-ci pour prendre son ticket ou son abonnement atoutmod. On sent aussi l’esprit startup dans la réactivité du support ou des réponses aux questions posées. Dommage que la region normandie ou ter n’en fasse pas plus la promotion car franchement c’est l’avenir. Ma carte plastique atoumod est remisée au placard depuis que cette appli est ds mon tél.
