App doesn’t open anymore

Since latest update the app won’t open, very poor

App won’t work at all

App doesn’t open in IPhone 13 mini. It used to work until a couple of updates ago but now nothing

Rubbish

Didn’t work that well before the update and now won’t even open the app. Absolute rubbish for a so called international travel app.

Update means have to login with security code

Since update you are unable to stay logged in without having to get a security code emailed every time, need to make it simpler to login

Please please please… how do I say logged in can’t we use fingerprint? I have to input my email then wait for a code, every time. The old app was so much easier

Good app! Works well.

Had no problems with the app crashing like others have reported. Works very well, I use the itinerary library all the time! Saves me wading through emails trying to find them. I also have used the call function twice in an emergency and my call was answered extremely quickly.

Constant crashes, even after reviews from users up to a year ago, obviously the developers aren’t concerned

Rubbish

Totally agree with the other review. Times have caught me out and the stupid app always crashes.

Timings

My employer uses this app to book our work flights. Times are not shown as local but seem to be European. This is not convenient when you are travelling and your flight itinerary shows a different time to the actual time (local) you are supposed to be flying. Also, the app constantly crashes when you are trying to access it which is again not useful if you do not have a hard copy of your flight details.
