I am using it to track how I use my time. As I can set unlimited tasks, it is up to me to design how simple or complicated I want it. I am still figuring out what tasks are useful to track and analyse. I hope I can have subcategories, Eg. Main Category: Learning, Subcategories: Guitar, Japanese, Coding. So that I can see what % of my day on average is spent on learning, and of that learning time, what % is spent on each subject.
While it may not be the fanciest looking app at first sight (which was I actually deleted it after 5 mins, but later came back to it as others are just too expensive), I’ll say give it a try. After using it for awhile, I realise it provides all the necessary function in the neatest way. I also just want to highlight how on point this app is in updating itself. There was a small glitch that affected how the hours are calculated in goals, and it was immediately fixed in the next update. It’s so good I’m thinking about paying for it even though it’s free content is highly sufficient already.

The only thing that’s missing is to add a feature or option that can allocate tasks that has been paid or not paid and also to collate multiple attendees to a specific task. Also the “one day later copied entry” bug in Calendar tab. Copied entries always land 1 day after pasted. Everything else is splendid. 👍🏼
Easy to use and trace your activities.. May change your life if you are seriously doing it... Area to improve- Extract data to other platforms like excel.. Why not to have a direct input to time rather than rolling the digits..

The major product feature for this app, as I see it, is the speed and ease with which the user can initiate and terminate a particular tracking on the Apple Watch. After improvements made on the software just about a few weeks ago, there have been enormous responsiveness updates. Generally, I use this app to monitor my daily activities from sleep, to walking, meals and even commuting. It enables me to analyze my activities on a weekly and monthly basis, thereby giving me suggestions on how and where I have spent my time and how and where time savings can be made. I'm using this app daily and it has benefited me tremendously. Having said that the responsiveness of this app on the Apple Watch is good, it would be even better if it can be made even faster and ultra-responsive to users' promptings on the Apple Watch. Thanks!
