Προσπαθώ να κάνω εγγραφεί αλλά δε μου βγάζει το κουμπί εγγραφής στην εφαρμογή και αυτό είναι πολύ ταλαιπωρεί Κω για τον χρήστη να το προσθέσετε παρακαλώ Είναι ταλαιπωρεί Κω για το χρήστη να πάει και να τρέχει σε καταστήματα να προσθέσετε την υπηρεσία εγγραφής από κινητό

Ποτέ θα εξελιχθειτε να μπορεί νέος πελάτης να ανοίξει λογαριασμό ον-λάιν μέσω της εφαρμογής;

Notifications wont sound

Μια χαρά εφαρμογή!

Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει κανένα πρόβλημα από τη στιγμή που κατέβασα την εφαρμογή. Με την ολοκλήρωση των digits wallets που μας έκαναν τη χρήση πανεύκολη & την πρόσφατη προσθήκη πληρωμών μέσω IRIS θεωρώ ότι πλέον είναι πληρέστατη!

Καθόλου ευελιξία

Καθόλου ευέλικτες οι υπηρεσίες τις Attica στο e-banking πανάρχαιο περιβάλλον πχ δεν μπορείς να κανείς μεταφορά από λογαριασμό σου απο ευρώ σε λογαριασμό ξένου νόμισματος..σε όλες τις τράπεζες γίνεται.

Κάκιστη

Με διαφορά η πιο δύσχρηστη τραπεζική εφαρμογή…κατά την εισαγωγή του κωδικού δεν έχεις την δυνατότητα να δεις τι έχεις γράψει…επίσης συχνά κατά την αλλαγή του κωδικού κάθε τρίμηνο πρέπει να κάνεις τον σταυρό σου να μην μπλοκάρει το σύστημα και σου βγάζει την ένδειξη ότι ο χρόνος σας παρήλθε επικοινωνήστε με το help desk…γενικά δημιουργεί τρομερό άγχος κατά την χρήση της…

Η τελευταία αναβάθμιση κρασσάρει ούτε καν ανοίγει

Κάθε φορά που πρέπει να αλλάξω τον μυστικό κωδικό τον αλλάζω πατάω επιβεβαίωση και μου βγαζει παράθυρο που γράφει λάθος κωδικός μιας χρήσης , χωρίς να μου έχεις ζήτηση κωδικό μιας χρήσης χωρίς να μου έχει σταλεί κάποιος κωδικός μιας χρήσης, απλά με πετάει έξω

Πορτοφόλι

Τελεια εφαρμογή αλλά βάλτε το πορτοφόλι . Πραγματικά μου κόβει τα χέρια χωρίς πορτοφόλι αναγκάζομαι να βγάζω την κάρτα . Ελπίζω σύντομα να το φτιάξετε !!!
