ATVision IP

The purpose of going with ADT and ATVision was their ability to monitor my property in real time and to be alerted of any exterior movement. As of September 3, 2024 I stopped getting alerts. After 5 visits by ADT Services they determined that they needed to replace the ATVision box and it could take 3-4 weeks of no coverage.. completely unacceptable. After they returned with the new box they still couldn’t get it to work. When the ADT Tech was on the phone with ATVision and several attempts, the ATVision tech it looks like we are having a software issue… I said are you asking or are you telling me that there is a software issue?? He then tells us to the surprise of ADT tech that there is a software issue and they are aware of it but do not have a fix. So after 5 visits, replacing hardware and countless hours on the phone it was determined they don’t have any idea to help. So I am paying for services that ADT and ATVision can’t provide or support. I will be canceling this agreement.

I have MULTIPLE cheap $250 four-8 channel security systems that watch over storages that work soooooooo much better then this. I literally can not say 1 good thing about this system flawed in every aspect

The ADT company should be ashamed to use this App for your home security dome camera monitoring. The playback does not work most times, the app is very slow to launch, slow to play the video back, you have to launch the app multiple times just to get the video to actually be seen. The app has not been updated in over a year, it’s very slow, it doesn’t have a means for motion activated searches, I can’t believe this is the App ADT uses for their dome cameras! How is this current with the current security environment? Is this even regulated by federal laws??? horrible app! Shameful bad app.

I got an ATV recording system through ADT who set it up. While not entirely intuitive to set up, ADT got it done after 2 try’s. A few months I got a new phone and now no longer get motion notices. The support line was called and I was informed that there is no solution and that the app needs to be updated. Called again 6 months later after having someone show up at my house in the middle of the night with no alert other than my dog. Was told at that time that they know about the problem and don’t have a solution. No date or expected fix. ATV isn’t interested in supporting their products. Look elsewhere for your security needs.

First day using ATV cameras from ADT. The whole point of all that $$$ and time was to get security notifications and playback events of interest. The playback function appears to be completely unusable. No notifications whatsoever. App settings are non-existent. Cameras are so-so at best. Wow!! Just wow. If this is what I have to work with I am seriously considering having them come back out and remove all this stuff. This is subpar (I’m being generous) and unacceptable.

This app is useless, it crashes any time you try to scan the QR code. There is not other way to connect/ login to the system remotely within the app.

In this day and time security is a must and this app is slow someone could have already gotten into your home and this app would be spinning to connect please fix this app. If the app designers have read any of those reviews then maybe they would think, “ WE HAVE A PROBLEM”!

Why dose it freeze on the app. You opening it up and it wants to freeze on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Can u please fix this problem

Pointless app since it never works.

We pay every month so that our property can be safe. If we can’t see our cameras when we are away, how can we trust the system?
