Barton springs
Way too many clicks….
Doesn’t have the option to buy a day ticket to Barton spring.
Downloaded this app because the line was super long, most of the kiosk we’re down and very slow.
Surprisingly good for a city app!

Gets the Job done but….
It does its job but does it do it well? Nah. It could be so much more fun to use it could have a widget that gives you stats about the pool. Like how busy it is or the temp of the water or medians area. UV exposure stats. It could have a “nerd mode” that gives you a tone of data. Just saying. This is Austin. Let’s keep it weird.
Waste of time
Got the app proactively - parking in its self takes up a lot of time when going to Barton Springs. The app will not open ticket purchases options and when calling costumer service the call rings and rings with no options for assistance then hangs up on you- absolutely pointless and a waste of time.

Must faster processing vs the pay stations outside of Barton Springs!
Not user friendly
The app will only let me buy a pass to Barton Springs. I guess I just don’t understand. Shouldn’t the pass work at all COA pools? I am only interested in Deep Eddy.
Way too many steps to checkout
Almost as bad as getting a building permit
