Auction Snitch

I tried to snitch on an action results and it wouldn’t even let me view that listing without paying first!

As a vendor, I can confirm that the data on this app related to my listing was inaccurate, unreliable and undermined transparency. Users can submit whatever they want, anonymously to influence the market in whichever manner they choose without any real checks or regulations.

I’ve reviewed this app twice. Both times my review hasn’t appeared. All of the “snitched” prices of homes that are not for auction are simply the price listed on domain. Not a single home that is for auction has a snitched price in the areas that I’ve been looking. Let’s see if this review gets posted !

Ahead of required major reform of the Australia housing market, this is a little slice of help for buyers in Australia. All reasonable Australians (i.e. non real estate agents), should use this app to make the poor practices of agents more difficult. The tactics around mid-matched buyer’s guide and reserve values really should be a thing of the past
