AuctionACCESS Mobile makes it easier than ever for dealers to manage their AuctionACCESS account from the palm of their hand. Existing AuctionACCESS members can log in to AA Mobile and manage their account information, upload and/or sign required documents, resolve potential buying/selling issues and manage the individuals authorized to do business on their account.
AuctionACCESS Mobile also puts your physical AuctionACCESS card securely on your smartphone device. On the home screen, dealers can now see a uniquely generated QR code that is recognized at participating auctions. This QR code can be scanned at participating auction kiosks to quickly and efficiently validate your credentials, print a bidder badge and get dealers quickly in the lanes to purchase inventory.
With AuctionACCESS Version 4.0 and higher, new dealers can now enroll in AuctionACCESS on their smartphone by walking through the easy to follow steps on the home screen. Once activated, enrolling dealers will be able to fully manage their newly created account from their smartphone.
Dealership owners can view and edit specific company information in AuctionACCESS Mobile and can receive updated floor plan availability with a number of participating lenders. The AuctionACCESS Mobile “Offers” tab provides unique discounts for other industry tools and subscriptions that can only be found in AuctionACCESS Mobile.
With AA Mobile, dealers can spend less time managing paperwork and more time sourcing and buying inventory in the physical and online lanes. This service needs to be shut down
I had fraud in my account. Their investigation consisted of a single phone. With no follow up they’re very mean and rude and do not call you back at all. Jacob Stokes needs to be fired he’s is a joke
Customer service is awful
I don’t know why/who on earth thought is was a great idea to Change from the id cards to this buggy, laggy, and just awfully designed app. I tried logging in when they did the initial switch then the app said I had to call. Waited an hour to get ahold of someone. Then we set up the account. Then turns out they made me a entirely new account and I was not able to enter the auctions that my dealer attended. Called again for this issue and then waited another hour to get someone on the phone. They said I needed to “renew” my membership even though I had done it less then 3 months ago. Terrible company, people and app

The app is horrible. Not compatible with all phones. It’s always log in issues. The cards were way better.

I can’t even login on the app. It’s 2022 and it’s telling me it doesn’t recognize me. However, I use the same credentials on my DESKTOP and login with no problems. Useless!
I miss the cards
The cards were so quick and easy to use. Now with the app I have to log in every time to get a bidder badge. Much less efficient than the card. Please bring them back.

Can’t upload no documents been trying fro months
Great new features on the app
I use the app daily to add and remove reps and maintain my account. I can use it now at the Manheim kiosks to get my bid badge. Love being paperless.

Can’t complete registration. Can’t log on. Get emails from support telling me I’m enrolled, but still can’t access anything. Tells me to download images I’ve already downloaded, but they won’t download. Junk!!!
Great app!
This new update is much easier to use and has way more features.
