Audi connect plug and play

For my Audi if 2016 vintage, this achieves almost nothing. The refuelling is atrocious as a piece of software. It doesn’t put the correct mileage in, doesn’t give mpg figures and can’t work out within itself anything useful. The rest of the app doesn’t work for my car with no service info despite being linked to an Audi dealer. A shame.

Since version 3.3.2 7 months ago all my journeys are fully mapped and logged, which is as it should be. Before that for a year or so journeys would stop within a mile or few after starting. There was no logic to it, same routes, same iPhone and same car. I’d given up on it as support didn’t seem to be able to fix it. Then, as mentioned, after 3.3.2 all was fully working again after a year or more. It’s now really useful to see all the metrics for fuel economy, logged map routes and stats of how the car performs. Hopefully, it will stay working…

Been using this app for more than a year now initially on a Diesel A3. Worked really well giving good information about fuel costs etc. However I now have the Hybrid e-tron model and it doesn’t have the ability to record charge cycles and costs which would be very useful.

No point in having this now if you’ve got an Older I phone as since the recent updates mine has failed to connect.

The app keeps logging me out and I have to sign in every time. Plus it doesn’t pair always with my data plug so isn’t recording all the trips.

I am writing with frustration that all the data in my account is not showing up any more. App crashes multipletimes and logs my out consistantly. They need to revamp the whole app itself.

Constant connectivity issues and software fiddling. BMW app way more reliable

Since last update, app no longer stays logged in and even logs out while connected to the car. This means nothing is being tracked anymore.

Don’t show me the error don’t show the right fuel …. Don’t buy 🤦‍♂️😡

App keeps logging me out and not saving trips. Other than that, when it worked it was great helped me remember when I went to work for shifts that I did.
